After attending this virtual half day MHFA Accredited course your employees will have:
– An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma
– A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
– An introduction to looking after their own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
– Confidence to offer support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
Worked through in half a day, this virtual learning course will take place through a mix of short presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. Able to pull together a group wherever candidates may be located, the course and course timings have been crafted to suit a virtual learning experience.
Each candidate receives an MHFA England Mental Health Aware Certificate as well as a manual to refer to whenever they need it, and a workbook including a helpful toolkit to support their own mental health. Manual and workbook delivered directly to candidate prior to course.
