Certified NDTG CCDO scheme workers are in demand by major developers and contractors commissioning demolition projects in industry today. Independently recognised and endorsed, the CCDO Smart Card Scheme has industry-wide respect.

So how do you get one?

To apply for a CCDO card, you’ll need to attend an NDTG Accredited CCDO course that relates to the level of card you require.

Which course do I need?

It really depends on your level of experience as to which card you can apply for. To help we’ve outlined some of the key CCDO Cards at the bottom of this post to help you understand which course you need to book.

Can I do it online or do I need to attend a course?

The CCDO Cards are highly respected official qualifications only done through face to face training with an experienced accredited NDTG trainer.

Where can I book a course?

Courses can be booked through an officially Accredited NDTG CCDO Course provider with experienced trainers.

Always make sure the training provider you are booking your course through is NDTG Certified. The CCDO smart card scheme is exclusively certified by the NDTG. If your course is not run by an accredited NDTG trainer it won’t be an officially recognised certification.

CCDO Demolition Labourer Level 1 (Green)

The first step in the demolition career pathway. Designed for individuals new to the industry or who are converting from labouring in general construction to demolition.

CCDO Demolition Refurbishment Operative (3 Years)(Red)

Must hold a Demolition Labouer Card or have minimum 1 year proven Demolition Industry Experience

CCDO Demolition Refurbishment Operative (5 Years) (Blue)

Must hold a DRO Red 3 Year Card or completed the Apprenticeship Course + Achieved a Level 2 Demolition & Refurbishment NVQ

CCDO Advanced Demolition Operative (Topman) (3 Year) (Red)

Must hold a DRO Blue 5 Year Card Card + Achieved a Level 2 Demolition & Refurbishment NVQ.

For Direct Entry you must have 5 Years Demolition Industry Experience

CCDO Advanced Demolition Operative (Topman) (5 Year)

Must hold a Advanced Demolition Operative (Topman) Red 3 Year Card Card + Achieved a Level 3 Advanced Demolition Operative NVQ
