What is a CCDO Green Card?
If you’ve heard the term CCDO Green Card or demolition Green Card, it will be referring to the NDTG CCDO Demolition Labourer Card.
The CCDO Demolition Labourer card is designed for workers who might be converting from a labouring role in construction (or completely new to the industry) to move into Demolition. Created and issued exclusively by the NDTG the CCDO Demolition Labourer Card (Green Card) is part of the NDTG CCDO Smart Card Scheme.
There are various levels of CCDO cards on the CCDO from Demolition Labourer and Apprentice through to Supervisor and Manager. The NDTG Smart Card Scheme, all industry recognised and endorsed. All cards allow supervisors and site managers to easily gain confirmation of a workers identity, training and qualifications quickly and efficiently. Electronically chipped to prevent construction card fraud, CCDO Cards are now very often demanded by employers to work on demolition projects.
